Tom Kerevan // Cannibal Films

Tom Kerevan is a British screenwriter and producer for film and TV.

Tom began his writing career as a playwright at university before transitioning to screenwriting. In 2012, he moved into producing and co-founded Cannibal Films with Alex Lightman and Ern Herrmann. He wrote and produced their debut feature Tear Me Apart, which premiered in competition at the Austin Film Festival 2015.

Since then, Tom has written for TV, including the short-form 10×10 series for BlackPills, and worked on interactive films for Good Gate Media. In 2021, he was selected for BBC Cornish Voices, and his Cornish crime thriller Tresawne is now in development with Double Dutch Productions. He’s also developing original shows with Watford & Essex and Moonriver TV.

At Cannibal Films, Tom is focused on bringing personal and unexpected true stories to the screen. He is currently co-writing and producing Across the Line, a WWI film about early motorcycle racers turned frontline dispatch riders, which is in casting. Cannibal Films has also optioned Caitlin, a biopic about Caitlin and Dylan Thomas.

Tom is actively looking for compelling scripts and talented writers to collaborate with.

Based just outside Cheltenham, in the UK’s most haunted village, Tom continues to craft stories that leave a lasting impact.
